Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all U.S. Polo Assn. tags and labels remain attached.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the parcel at any Australia Post location.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
